To present authentic programs focused on improving quality of life. Our methods are rooted in functional fitness, biomechanics, and postural correction. We work to create plans that work for the beginner, avid gym goer, as well as the elite athlete. We recognize that not everyone's body is the same, thus we individualize plans for your needs.
Coach Kylie McCarty
Kylie is a Certified Personal Trainer with expertise in sports nutrition, corrective exercise, sports performance, and TRX. She collaborates with Dr. McCarty to help clients achieve their goals, improve functional movement, and enhance daily activities. With over a decade of experience in athletics and coaching, Kylie tailors fitness programs to suit everyone from beginners to elite athletes. A New Orleans native, she attended Lusher Charter School before earning her Bachelor of Science from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
